Responsibilities:

• Lead new product development and process innovation for fixed-anode X-ray tubes, including structural design, simulation analysis, and prototype fabrication.

• Troubleshoot technical challenges during R&D and pilot production to continuously enhance product performance, stability, and consistency.

Prepare R&D technical documentation including design drawings, process specifications, and test reports; participate in patent applications.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain quality standards and inspection protocols for X-ray tube products to ensure compliance with domestic/international customer and industry standards.

Conduct comprehensive quality monitoring throughout the entire process from raw material intake to finished product shipment; utilize statistical techniques like SPC for quality data analysis and improvement.

• Lead resolution of customer feedback and internal quality issues, organize root cause analysis, and develop/implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage and optimize the quality management system, participate in internal/external audits to ensure sustained system effectiveness.
